How to Order Books for Your Appearance

1. Please place your order at least four weeks before the author visit.

2. School and library orders should be placed using a Holiday House order form or by purchase order. Send your order via fax (212-688-0395) or mail (Attn: Author Visits, Holiday House, 425 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017) at least four weeks before the appearance.

3. Orders from bookstores should be placed through your regular supplier, or through Holiday House directly via fax (212-688-0395) or mail (Attn: Author Visits, Holiday House, 425 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017) at least four weeks before the appearance.

4. Books ordered from Holiday House may be returned for full credit, provided they are unsigned and received by our warehouse in saleable condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
